We ship worldwide! All orders include free shipping with tracking.

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days. Shipping usually takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Yes! Once your PalBot ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, reach out to us ASAP and we’ll update it. Once it ships, we unfortunately can’t make changes.

How do I request a replacement under warranty?

Can I return my PalBot if I change my mind?

Because PalBots are intimate tech products used in personal spaces, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. Only defective or faulty items qualify for replacement.
